Juice Fasting/Detox Retreat
Reside in comfort at the Lake Street Inn or at Syzygy Community House while you spend your time detoxifying from the stress and toxins of your daily life. By drinking juices made fresh from organic greens, vegetables, and fruits, you will begin to detoxify your tissues and organs, including your skin. Complement your juice fast with various healing herbal teas and tonics.Facilitate the detoxification process in our steam shower. A special detoxification kit including skin brush, loofa, neti pot, tongue scraper and essential oils are provided for you to use while you are here and to take home when you leave. Yoga and meditation instruction and therapeutic massage are also available as an adjunct to your detoxification process.
