All retreats are a 2 night minimum.

Qualifying retreats include a 30-minute phone consultation before you arrive to plan your ideal retreat schedule, menu, etc. during your stay and a 60-minute consultation and orientation when you arrive to discuss how to optimize your retreat, including such topics as nutrition, exercise, yoga or meditation practice, etc. 

Please note that, except for the Raw Food Retereat, food is not included in the price of the retreat. During the initial phone consultation, Syzygy staff is available to help you plan your retreat menu and even a grocery shopping list, if desired.

Personal Chef or Catering services are also available separately.

Deluxe Private Accommodations
adjacent to the Syzygy Community House at the Lake Street Inn LINK are an additional $50 per night. Inquire with Syzygy about availability.

Wellness Retreat

• 1.5-hour yoga class taught by RYT 500

Raw Food Retreat

• daily green smoothies
• 2 hands-on raw food preparation classes per day, each culminating in a gourmet live food meal
• 2 retreat consultations with Syzygy staff - to discuss personal preferences and plan menu

3 nights = $1100

Personal Practice Retreat
Spiritual Vacation - facilities only

This retreat is for individuals or groups of people who are returning clients at Syzygy Retreats and/or already have an established Spiritual Practice and are seeking a Personal Practice retreat.

This Self-guided retreat does not include any of the regular retreat consultations, food, planning, or services.

Additional services may be added individually. Choose from our Services Menu below.

Custom Designed Personal Retreat
Start with a Wellness Retreat (see above) and add individual services from our Services Menu (see below) to create the ideal retreat for YOU.

All retreats are a minimum of 2 nights.

• 1-hour Therapeutic Massage - $75/hour
$100/ 1.5 hours

Regularly scheduled yoga class 1.5 hours = $10 per person

• Juicing or Green Smoothie Demo - $5-$20 - ranging from 2 oz. wheatgrass juice shots up to special superfood smoothies

Massage and Treatment Menu

Therapeutic Massage: 60 minutes $65, 90 minutes $90
Incorporates a custom blend of therapeutic massage techniques designed to meet your personal needs.

Thai Massage: 90 minutes, $90 
Client is clothed, lying on the a mat on the floor. Thai Massage is a deeply soothing, yet revitalizing cross between Chinese Acupressure and facilitated yoga.

Thai Herbal Poultice Massage: 60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $100
Aromatic and Medicinal herbs are combined in a Puoltice which is heated and massaged into the body. 

Healing Stone Massage: 60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $100
Using smooth, rounded, heated river stones, muscle tension melts away in this deeply relaxing treatment.

Raindrop AromaTherapy Treatment: 60 minutes $75
A special formulation of the highest therapeutic grade essential oils create a deeply soothing and healing experience. 

Pre-Natal/Post Partum Massage: 60 minutes $65, 90 minutes (recommended) $90
An essential healing experience for all new mother's and mothers to-be.
